Our team has been engaged to co-ordinate:

• Managing key interfaces with a range of internal and external stakeholders;

• Coordinate stakeholder interfaces with project team technical specialists;

• Investigate and report risks relevant to the projects;

• Being a conduit between technical and non-technical issue on projects

• Providing information and work cooperatively with the public communications officers

We have successful executed the Arc Infrastructure / PTA Coordination Agreement for
main project construction works and established a commercial arrangement for PTA forward works and project early works.

OMTID Program and Project Risk Management

Engaged to review the risk management practices within project delivery and at a program level, our team provided advisory services encompassing:

• Maintenance of Risk Management Plans and systems;

• Coordination of risk management processes;

• Management of the development, implementation, and integration of OMTID’s program and projects risk register;

• Facilitation of Risk Workshops;

• Liaison with regard to Rail Safety risk;

• Provision of training to staff;

• Maintenance of project specific Risks and Issues Register; and

• Guidance in the population of quantified risk information.
