Mel is a highly experienced, driven and strategic leader with over 20 years experience in the Rail and Highways industries.
Throughout her career Mel has gained experience in commercial management, commercial advisory services, stakeholder management, risk, contract strategy and development, value generation and corporate governance.
With over 30 years of construction experience, gained in Europe, the Middle East and Australia’.
A team player, Mike thrives in the high-pressure project environments and has a worked with Senior management to assist on a wide variety of infrastructure projects for the Client and Contractor.
Mike has experience in various transport infrastructure (Rail, Road and Marine) projects in brownfield and remote locations.
Veronica Ragusa

She has a demonstrated technical skillset in commercial strategies, contract structure and risk allocation having consulted on numerous projects and industries. In addition, Veronica is a skilled negotiator who seeks win-win outcomes on every aspect of contract performance.
Blake Holloway
Senior Consultant
A Chartered Engineer, Blake has extensive knowledge of construction methods, potential issues and where efficiencies can be identified proactively within infrastructure assets.
Blake’s background in contractual risks, potential claims and resolution associated with major projects has already proven beneficial clients. He uses this knowledge to cover key areas around procurement, quality risk and supply chain management and shares this knowledge with the team.
An experienced consultant, Sultan draws upon her project delivery experience on multiple infrastructure projects to proactively engage with senior management and work with teams to deliver schedule and reporting deadlines.
Collaborating closely with clients, consultants and contractors, Sultan is both exacting in her standard of work and highly effective by being adaptable in her approach.
Filip is an experienced civil engineer with an extensive background in project management, having worked across all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final delivery and ongoing operations and maintenance. With a broad range of skills and expertise, he is well-versed in identifying and managing commercial and schedule risks, and has developed stochastic commercial and risk sensitivity models for clients.
Alison is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 28 years working within the public transport and facilities infrastructure sectors, committed to driving delivery and seeking best value solutions to engineering challenges and asset management.
She is a skilled Project Leader who relishes a challenge, motivating, developing, and aligning project delivery and asset management teams to provide sound governance and achieve project and operational objectives.
