David De Rossi was the Lead Technical D&C consultant, accountable for facilitating the review and integration of the Design & Construct aspects of Integrated Metro Operations contract working on behalf of Macquarie Capital Advisors. Further services included:

• Authoring of a technical note with regards to the PRI and IMO interface issues
